There are several meaningful ways to support TRCNB’s mission. Your support helps Teacher Resource Center of the North Bay provide free classroom supplies to public school teachers and students across the North Bay. Every donation—whether financial, in-kind, or through recycling—helps equip classrooms and reduce the out-of-pocket burden on educators.

Ways to Give

Monetary Donations

Financial gifts are one of the most direct ways to help us keep supplies on our shelves and sustain our operations throughout the year. Support from individuals, local businesses, and corporations helps us respond to teachers’ needs and continue serving classrooms across the region.

You can donate by:

  • Check: Mail to 4225 Solano Avenue, Suite 631, Napa, CA 94558

  • Venmo: @TeacherResourceCenterNB

  • PayPal: Donate via QR code

In-Kind Donations

We accept bulk donations of quality items that can be used in the classroom, including new and gently used office and school supplies. These gifts help teachers and students directly while also supporting reuse and reducing waste in our community.

To coordinate a donation drop-off, please call (707) 782-6053 or email trcnb1@gmail.com.

Our most requested items often include:

  • Pencils

  • Pens

  • Markers

  • Notebooks (composition and spiral)

  • Copy paper

  • Glue sticks

  • Tape

  • Sticky notes

  • Dry erase supplies

  • Crayola products (crayons and markers)

  • We can only accept the following additional items:

Join the Tin Foil Recycling Project

Local wineries and businesses can support TRCNB by participating in our Tin Foil Recycling Program. We provide a collection bucket for wine foil capsules, and our volunteers collect and deliver the material to a local recycling partner.

Funds raised through the program are used to purchase school supplies and support TRCNB’s ability to serve public school teachers throughout the school year.

To join the program, contact trcnb1@gmail.com.

Ms. Dudley, McPherson Elementary School

“Thank you for your generous donation of school supplies. Your support has made a difference in our classroom community! Because of your contribution, students are beginning the year with the tools they need to succeed. Pencils, notebooks, and crayons are being used daily for writing stories, solving math problems, and creating artwork. Folders and binders are helping students stay organized and responsible for their learning. These resources not only meet practical needs but also give our students a sense of pride and excitement in their work. They have especially enjoyed the prize bin prizes from the TRC and the books that have been added to enrich our classroom library! Your generosity has helped create an environment where students can focus on learning, exploring, and growing. We are grateful for your kindness and commitment to education!”
