School Supply Drives
AKA “Teacher Shopping”
We offer free classroom supplies to teachers throughout the North Bay. TRCNB will host Teacher Shopping twice a year, at the beginning and middle of the school year. Shopping days typically span over 3 days, twice a year, for a total of 6 days. Teachers who have subscribed to our newsletter will receive notification to sign up for a designated time slot to shop with us. We open our doors to public school teachers for special events, such as backpack drives, and we will even coordinate supply delivery to teachers who weren’t able to attend our biannual teacher shopping.
Tin Foil Recycling Program
TRCNB's foil capsule recycling program helps Napa County students in need while benefiting the environment. Funds from recycling foil capsules are used to buy school supplies for our warehouse and cover operating expenses like rent, insurance, and office costs.
Join TRCNB and our partners in supporting students by recycling your foil capsules.
Our winery and tasting room partners save foil capsules that would otherwise end up in landfills. TRCNB volunteers collect, sort, and remove non-recyclable materials before storing them until there’s enough volume to transport to a recycling facility.

Volunteers
Our volunteers are the heart and soul of TRCNB. They do everything from sorting, counting, stocking, and transporting merchandise to assisting teachers as they shop. Some work diligently behind the scenes managing our website, and facilitating fundraising projects including our Tin Foil Wine Capsule Recovery, Napa Valley Give!Guide, and more.
